I hereby agree that I will use this service without holding the hosting company (Free ColdFusion Hosting, hereby referred to as ("the company")) and it's subsidiaries (The ColdFusion Shop, EasyCFM.Com, Pablo Varando) liable for any content, data backups, passwords, account information, etc. I understand that this service is provided free, and is not intended to provide 100% uptime guarantee of any kind, i also understand that it does not include any type of customer support (unless I pay per incident at the current rates defined by "the company" which may change at anytime; without notice). In addition, I also hereby agree that I will not maliciously harm, write code that will harm or break the terms of use, or cause any issues to the servers/network, on purpose. I understand that this service is free and can be revoked, removed, discontinued, etc at anytime without notice. I understand that if I am found to be breaking these terms of service, my account can be revoked and removed without notice. I would lose access to me files, database, etc. In addition, I clearly understand that "the company" has the right to use my personal information, account content, database infomation (i.e. my clients data, users information, etc) in any way it sees fit to get back fees and losses. If I am found to be breaking the terms of use (i.e. I bring a server down continuosly, i write code to access a restricted path, I mass email from the system to spam, I have adult or illegal content, etc) I understand that all content will be then removed (if illegal content) and/or will become the sole property of "the company" and it may be used in any way, shape of form as "the company" sees fit. In addition, I understand that it is my sole responsibility to periodically check and adhere to the terms of service (and of privacy) if they are changed. "The company" is not required to notify me of changed performed, thought they may at their convenience do so via email, mail, or a phone depending on their sole preference. I hereby agree that I will also keep my account and contact information up-to-date and that I will not provide incorrect or invalid information, for any reason. Doing so will cause my account to be removed without warning or notice. Last, but not least, I hereby agree that I will place a banner (visible at all times by all web site visitors; which will not be hidden with stylesheets, javascript or any other kind of technology) as required by the terms of service.
